When purchasing via our webstore at www.goldsmithvintage.com we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn since delivered and in the same condition that they were purchased in.
Your original swing tags must be attached to your garment, if they have been removed, we will be unable to process your exchange or refund.

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-7 days to process as standard.
We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. Goldsmith Vintage does not accept liability for any damages, or lost items during transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items.
Please be aware that in the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns of accessories including face coverings, hosiery, underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Original tags have been removed.
- Tags have been ‘re-attached’ by customers.
- Items appear to have been worn since purchased or have any odours.
- Items are not in the same condition as originally posted out to you.
Goods purchased from our website cannot be refunded in-store.
