We measure our clothes carefully and accurately to make sure you’re buying the perfect fit. Unlike today’s standardised measurements, vintage label sizing varies hugely or clothing is not labelled at all, so scroll down and use one of our guides to check the sizing is right for you.
All UK Orders are sent Royal Mail and will require a signature. 1st Class typically 1-2 days. In most cases your purchase will be received the next working day if you order before 14:00. No orders will be received on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Most international orders are sent using Royal Mail but larger heavier orders will be sent by ParcelForce.
We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.
All customers will receive a tracking number so that they can monitor the progress of their delivery.
We deliver Worldwide! The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location.
For International orders, please allow up to 10 working days.
Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. All will require a signature on delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only guidelines. Hence we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimated times. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on a Bank Holiday. Your shipping cost will be calculated at basket stage.

When purchasing via our webstore at www.goldsmithvintage.com we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn since delivered and in the same condition that they were purchased in.
Your original swing tags must be attached to your garment, if they have been removed we will be unable to process your exchange or refund.

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-7 days to process as standard.
We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. Goldsmith Vintage does not accept liability for any damages, or lost items during transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items.
Please be aware that in the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns of accessories including face coverings, hosiery, underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery.

Returns will not be accepted if:
Original tags have been removed.
Tags have been ‘re-attached’ by customers.
Items appear to have been worn since purchased or have any odours.
Items are not in a re-saleable condition : All items must be in the same condition as originally posted, if there is a problem with the condition of the item on arrival.
